I have no desire to make all my meals for the week for coming days. It takes less then a minute to make a shake and eating whole foods for the extra protein v.s using powder reaps no benefits as long as you are getting all your nutrients from your regular diet. One shake a day isn't demolishing your diet.

Making 6-8 chicken breasts a day for a week straight is a lot of time when you work 9 hours a day, travel for 1.5-2, and sleep for 7-8.

Not to mention actual gym time, girlfriend time and full time study after work when doing CPA modules. Every bit of time counts when you work 50 + hours a week plus studying every night and trying to maintain a relationship.

You actually have no idea what is is like to be able to maintain all those things during module times.

Probably some high school student or in your undergrad with no girlfriend lol.

If you have the time that's fantastic stick to what works for you.
