I've been trolling a bit too much in here, so let's take a serious note.

- Pictures will be uploaded next week

We have a squatrack but the side handles are adjustable. Problem is, I cannot deadlift HEAVY weight with big plates on bith sides so the bar is too low to lift comfortably (or am I bitching here?)

If I were to deadlift the bar inside the squatrack on the handles, the bar would be ~35cm off the ground. Is this good enough for now until I go up in weight and have the 20kg (45lbs) plates on both sides and squat from the ground?

No possible construction whatsoever to have the bar placed at around ~20cm which I assume is a normal starting position.

1st of May is my next weighing moment, I think 75kgs (165lbs) is achieved, but otherwise very close. I lost some remainder fatties from my sides in the last months.

Bar starting position depends on if you're doing RDLs or regular deadlifts. Regular deadlift starts from the floor, and if you are having issues picking it up off the floor you should work on your form before continuing to deadlift, because you could hurt yourself.

Cleverly disguised.

1 year in!

Starting weight: 143 lbs (65kg) ?%bf

Current stats:
159 lbs (72kg)
10,2%bf
1.86cm / 6ft tall

Very happy with the results, I was aiming for a 10kg increase (around January I was 74kg with a bit of fat around the waist), but when the summer came I was in the middle of deciding to cut my excess fatties around my middle and continuing my process, decided to go for the six-pack which is an on-going process as of now and I need some more determination to eat less calories / more healthy and add some cardio in my current work-out plan.

Will post this in post your own picture thread too for criticism of the general population.

Six-pack is not there yet, but I lost weight around my waist. Lost a notch on my belt and using the last one now.

Losing weight has always been easy for me; super-fast metabolism and slight ADHD. I can focus, I just can't sit still for a long time.

Some minor changes in my foodpatterns that changed my recent fat-loss.

- Replaced latenight snack with 250gr frozen yoghurt with a fruit sliced into it.
- Banana shake with milk for breakfast.
- No more candy and sweets, I take enough sugar as it is right now.

Dinner is my staple meal and everything else is just mainly there to feed my apetite, hunger and desire for dinner.

Started taking creating since 1st of April, feeling very strong and explosive.

Next two weeks a complete focus on cardio and making sure my 6 puppies come through my vest. We'll see, it's a barren hairy wasteland as of now.

now just hold the fuck up.
so i weighed 30kg more than you and i dont see much difference with this pic of you.
must be the lighting.

Hair absorbs light -> makes me look smaller.
Very "monitor whitened" guy with no a trace of hair (read naturally inferior) -> looks bigger than hairy guy.
