If you have a half decent diet that is all that's necessary. There is no magic supplement and nothing else that will truly give you any noticeable boost. It is all a big waste of money if you are eating decently anyway.
Appearance wise compared to strength you wont see much difference after 5 months. Definitely some unless you are bulking, but it will take longer.
Yeah and I'm starting to realize that, just gotta keep eating good, lifting and time will help transform my body. I'm busting my ass in the gym...the results are showing I just look around and everyone else is so cut - who knows what they are taking.
