well everybody has a different body type, i know people that eat like 2-3k per meal, and they're giants, for ectomorphs with a genetically small ass stomach it's hard haha

well, i would go with my last post then with having food with you at all times

if you actually do have a stomach with less capacity than most, then just make yourself eat whenever possible..you might not be able to eat as much, but you can eat more often (even if you are genetically smaller, you should still digest at approximately the same rate)..even when you aren't hungry, eat..sometimes you might feel a little uncomfortable or sick from it, but you have to push through it if it is for something you want to accomplish (if that sounds shitty, it is - just depends on whether you want to be comfortable or if you want to gain weight)..eventually, it will become a habit

The only time i gained any significant weight my diet was this

4 eggs
cup of steel cut oats
protein shake with olive oil banana whole milk
maltodextrno + protein shake after workout
mass gainer shake with frozen fruit, chocolate milk, evoo, coconut oil, peanut butter, oats tons of other shit it was 1,200 cals
WW pasta chicken and alfredo sauce or some rice chicken dish or steak or maui ribs or w/e
1 cup uncooked brown rice mixed with whatever soup they were serving at work
4 bowls of cereal with whole milk on my breaks at work
4 pieces of toast with 3 tbsp of peanut butter each (my breaks were spent entirely eating, i had about 8 per shift 15 minutes long each)
whatever they served for dinner usually around 600-800 cals
on my way home i'd stop at mcdonalds and get sausage or bacon mcmuffin 2 hashbrowns and an orange juice
make 4-6 eggs boiled scumbled w/e
casein shake with 50g maltodextron

i was so busy so it was hard to cook, so a lot of liquid food, but i went from 165- 185 in around 2 months, not the healthiest, but that's an example of what i ate wehn i was gaining weight, i need high fat to put on lbs. I'm at 4000+ cals atm and barely gaining weight, I find that drinking lots of water about 20 mins before a meal helps me eat more in 1 sitting. idk i put evoo/coconut oil in everything just cuz i need it to gain weight
