well everybody has a different body type, i know people that eat like 2-3k per meal, and they're giants, for ectomorphs with a genetically small ass stomach it's hard haha
well, i would go with my last post then with having food with you at all times
if you actually do have a stomach with less capacity than most, then just make yourself eat whenever possible..you might not be able to eat as much, but you can eat more often (even if you are genetically smaller, you should still digest at approximately the same rate)..even when you aren't hungry, eat..sometimes you might feel a little uncomfortable or sick from it, but you have to push through it if it is for something you want to accomplish (if that sounds shitty, it is - just depends on whether you want to be comfortable or if you want to gain weight)..eventually, it will become a habit
