A touch off target due to resting after 90 minutes game last week. Will easily recover that though, most of it before the month is out b)

I run crossing some traffic routes. Today felt like a really good run, although was caught at a few lights crossing.

That and I had 4h sleep last night due to early start b)

GJ, is that the pace you are aiming for - or just starting out running?

I'm doing 100 days of training for a marathon which will total 1000km in just those 14 weeks.

whats lakehead like? i was thinking of applying for a grad degree there

it's alright. One of the smaller unis in Canada. Winters are long and cold here. Snow from November to late march or april most years. It's a party culture at LU like anywhere.

It's not a big city and is the murder capital of Canada yet again but it's mostly natives knifing each other.

It's a place you love or hate. There are few people in the middle ground.

It seems a lot of people from the bigger cities come here to get away and start fresh.

I don't paint a great picture but I do like it here. It's all in what you're looking for tbh

If you like the outdoors, there's tons of shit to do.

Sledding, fishing, hunting etc are all really big things to do here.

The last couple years the downtown bar scene has improved. There are about half a dozen bars all in a small area that are usually pretty busy on the weekends.
