Try smile more, always try see things from a positive perspective. There is always a bright side, you just have to look a little harder to see it sometimes.

If u gained a lot of weight, it's likely from excessive eating. Body composition is entirely (except in rare genetic cases), a factor of energy in vs energy out. Which means you're consuming more energy than you're using and thus it's being stored in it's solid form -- adipose tissue (fat).

Dont stress too much about what youre eating. But if you are eating nothing but fast food and shit stuff, it would most likely help to cut back a bit and try throw some fruit in there.. there's plenty of deliscious fruits out there.
Hell, get a juicer and juice some fruits and leafy greens and drink dat shit on the go.
Smoking weed a couple times a week/month would help too
