hardly

it's like being high but without the cloudy mind. more energy, more motivation, better social skills. not exactly something you want to take often though, its withdrawals are rough.

So how does it work if I dont take it frequently? How would I take it?

how long did it take for you to develop these feelings?

It's going to take a little while to change those, don't look for answers in pill bottles

it's going to take time, just start working out and allowing yourself to grow and change and don't become upset when you don't get instant results

sadly there's no magic to "fix" you, because there's nothing wrong with you in the first place.. just need to allow your brain to create new pathways

It's all about being in the routine, from then on it is easy. Main thing is diet imo. If you put on 50 lbs you need to curb your eating, and fit in 1 hour gym sessions 3-4 times a week. That feeling of being active and healthy might improve your state of mind.

Do your best, be positive and smile more(seriously it works for me).

Sounds like you're pretty taxed with work right now, 60hrs week with a family. Just remember that you're doing well.

Focus on things you can control and sacrifice to get what you want.

Once you start eating healthier your mood will improve as well.

Currently I work 2 jobs and am the same have a wife (actually fiance) and a 2 year old child, finding time to always work out can be hard but the momentum you search for comes a lot easier once you start.

The results you see not just in your physical self but energy levels better moods (atleast for me in general) should help with any mentalproblems you may have holding you back from starting atm (if not maybe you need to talk to someone more professional) but I wouldn't rule out trying everything clean to start off and see how you go.

Best of luck anyway

Try smile more, always try see things from a positive perspective. There is always a bright side, you just have to look a little harder to see it sometimes.

Remember that you're doing well. When you doubt yourself, remember why you're doing it in the first place and KEEP GOING. It will all pay off in the end.

Steve Jobs would stand infront of the mirror every morning and ask himself 'if it was his last day on earth would he do what he's about to do?' When the answer was 'no' for several days in a row he would change it.

If u gained a lot of weight, it's likely from excessive eating. Body composition is entirely (except in rare genetic cases), a factor of energy in vs energy out. Which means you're consuming more energy than you're using and thus it's being stored in it's solid form -- adipose tissue (fat).

So you have a couple options - http://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=61584284&f=60 - utilize this thread and calculate your eating requirements and try to aim for that -- doesnt have to be 100% to get what you actually want, but to lose weight just eating less will help. Dont stress too much about what youre eating. But if you are eating nothing but fast food and shit stuff, it would most likely help to cut back a bit and try throw some fruit in there.. there's plenty of deliscious fruits out there.

Hell, get a juicer and juice some fruits and leafy greens and drink dat shit on the go.

Smoking weed a couple times a week/month would help too
