Alright so for more than a year now i've been dealing with digestion/intestinal problems. It makes me feel like I wanna puke and can barely eat something.
Things that make it worse:
-Cigarette( stopped)
-Bad food
-Too much food
-Alcool
-Energy drinks
And now it happens when I train and I cant eat or feel well after working out... I've been to doctors many times and can only get pills that doesnt work.
Anybody else living with stomach problems? I've heard it happens pretty often and tbh I dont wanna live my whole life like that
stop drinking alcohol and energy drinks, eat in moderation, eat healthier
