maybe getting my terms mixed but in the U.S a kebab is smallish chunks of chicken/beef/pork and cut up pieces of onion, bell pepper, tomato, etc., all skewered on a small 'stick' and grilled..
forgetting the sauce, they're typically high protein, low fat, low carb
Restaurant kebabs =/= late night kebabs
