Not news. Leangains.com

I thought you wanted to eat 55% of carbs post-workout though? If you lift in a fasted period, you cannot do this.

i think ive been missunderstood.. im trying to explain that u should not be filled up but u should also not be hungry as fuck, 3 egg whites are not even close to filling ur stomache up, if ur talking about completely not eating then why u all using pre workout shakes based on fast carbs, makes no sense

Why do you assume that someone who is fasting must be hungry?

I used to fast for 16-18 hours a day I remember not feel the hunger as much as I was when eating on a more normal schedule.

When I fast for 9 hours I'm not hungry. A lot of hunger signaling is rhythmic and subject to change with practice. That is to say, with practice fasting for longer periods before exercise your hunger cues will fade pretty quickly.

You can if you place your workout at the end of the fast, einstein, which is what you should always do on IF.

Some people have schedules that won't allow them to do so, Einstein.

That's what IF is meant for, flexibility and convenience. If you can't follow it, don't choose it.

The darkman group suits you perfectly.
