Also you need to train your abs like any other muscle if you do 30 40 50 reps you are a dipshit. Add weight to your crunches and more resistance like a decline bench.

I would like to work on abs more than I do, but I'm pretty sure I have a messed up right rib. Can't do pushups long because of it even.
Think I should get that checked out lol, I would have a 6pack if I could without making my ribs rip in pce.
