im retarded? u are copying my words and how the fuck are you going to lose weight by lifting weights? lifting weights wont help u lose plenty of lbs because its simple, u can get leaner and bigger by lifting weights or gain muscle weight if u are not fat, but how the fuck will u lose 10lbs of weight? if u wanna lose weight then fix ur diet plan, even if u do all day long cardio and ur diet is based on lots of calories u are going nowhere lol
