I know lol his workout is great. I dont need to take all the shit that bodybuilder takes... Lol the trainning are amazing. I just cant find the one to cut.

Why do you not like carbs or fat in the diet? Is it also a bad idea to eat close to bed time? Should I consume protein before bed to avoid going catabolic?

Casein pritein + glutamine is good before bed.

Youre the retarded here. I want a trainning not a nutrition plan. Trainning can git with everyone. You will choose the good trainning based on your goal. You can also custumize it to make it better for you. For the meal plan, yes its true, every person is different.

he said he is willing to lose weight, fats and carbs are calories, if u eat calories u wont lose weight because u need to minimize them than the body burns each day, its so fucking simple? and a little bit fats for daily consume is for the healthy life, u would fuck urself up if u eat nothing in the whole day or just protein

im retarded? u are copying my words and how the fuck are you going to lose weight by lifting weights? lifting weights wont help u lose plenty of lbs because its simple, u can get leaner and bigger by lifting weights or gain muscle weight if u are not fat, but how the fuck will u lose 10lbs of weight? if u wanna lose weight then fix ur diet plan, even if u do all day long cardio and ur diet is based on lots of calories u are going nowhere lol

My dad lost 50 pounds in 6 month with a diet. He didnt train at all lol. So yes its possible by lifting weights for sure. Youre losing more calories after a trainning by lifting weights than cardio. Im not saying that cardio is bad, but you will lose more muscle mass this way. However if your goal is to lose fat and if you dont care about loosing mass, just do cardio. There is a good workout for that I did it twice. Its called Insanity workout. I had great results for losing fat, but I also lost more muscle mass and strength that I tought.

You can stop being mad for nothing now haha! :p
