I prefer pyramid routine to 5x5 but that's just me brah you'll gain weight either way, just make sure you're getting in some extra volume with 5x5 and eating at a surplus

Could even do GVT but with a 5x10 or 5x12 instead for dat der hyper trophy

I really like the 10x10 but it is time consuming and isn't really meant for beginners IMO lol

any standard routine will do, make sure u get atleast all compound movements in (the rest is beneficial, but secondary)

these include

some sort of shoulder press
bench press
pull ups/lat pull down
rowing movements
deadlifts
squats

obviously find a routine that splits them up so you dont die of fatigue, if you see a routine you like that lacks one of the above, consider incorporating it

I relied on the easy calories from fast food way too much when I was bulking which led to the surplus of fat
