I bet I'm lb for lb and stronger, and maybe stronger in general with less training time.
I've posted plenty of pics in this sf, my biggest was weighing around ~210 with flat bench 225x4 squat either 275 or 285x1 and a 3 plate DLx2 or 3, prob 2 T.T
haven't lifted for strength in a long time, been doing mostly body weight workouts for the past 3-4 months which is why I can't remember my lifts on the dot
