See? Like I said, opinion. If you truly feel whole grains taste better then power to you! If not, then why torture yourself?

People jump on a bandwagon assuming some fresh meat has assaulted their idea of IIFYM when somebody is taking a discussion further than "calorie content" and start the onslaught.
Meanwhile, the guy is just answering the op with a reasonable answer and now people have to start backing him up playing devils advocate just to get across the point that their might be a marginal benefit of one choice over the other, regardless of it all.
