hey maybe i was too blunt about it, but i dont think im delusional. ive seen a trend as of late and i dont think i was wrong

nothing wrong with Balla embracing his "talents and skills"

honestly, even though people are always in competition to be better than each other, i hate that people always saying you are being cocky/egotistical when you try to present yourself in a humble way....
just something i have learned recently in my lifetime. people always want you stay on the bottom with them, few people want to bring you to the top with them

I think I can remember the last time I had Norway come up in casual conversation, I'm not 100% sure though.

Very true
+ it's highly miscontrued because many highly knowledgable people in science become hubristic over-time, which is counter-productive and usually causes problems. So far, the more I learn, the more humble I get. Sure, I'm highly knowledgable for my age but the more I learn the more I realize purely how much there is left to learn and discover and it's a very humbling realization to TRULY comprehend.

i already said it once, i was maybe too blunt to actually be able to deliver the message. i didnt find him cocky, i find him getting more and more detached from the level of other people and i mentioned it out of good will. the top isnt necessarily the best place to be at despite what it sounds like. its not about being knowledgeable, its about attitude

i wasnt even talking from a scientific productivity point of view, but rather of a general, living life point of view.

I know what you're saying bro. it was kind of a warning and not really an attack on his character.

he is detaching himself though because he is increase his self-worth so to speak...if balla keeps learning so to say, maybe he can lead the way to do something magnificent like cure aids /cancer or whatever....but yea maybe it was taken out of context. also knowledge is power. also i certainly want to be on the top or damn near close. this bottom/mid shit is BOOORRRRINGGG

it is probably difficult to stay humble when you know so much. i feel like I have a hard time doing it sometimes just because of how analytic, intuitive I am, but I know I am not perfect, I can only ever forever try to reach that...but I certainly feel above many others in certain aspects...It is just who I am, and I am proud of it....

But yes the more you learn, the more you realize there is, and the more you want it xD
