Was almost about to make my own thread but since acne is a subject that comes up almost every single week I'll just jump on to someone else's thread.


I've been considering going to a doctor about my acne for quite some time now. I don't really get any on my face (only occasionally and they're usually small, innocent and not much of a bother anyways) but my problem is my back looks like a mess. particularly around the shoulders but I have some on my lower back too and other random spots on my body.


My friend says a doctor will try to prescribe antibiotics which apparently are shit and recommends me to get "isotek".


Thoughts?

if you arnt bad enough doc wont give you accutane
even then
you would get like 3-4 things before accutane as the sides can be fukked

Those Amazon reviews look amazing. Would try if I had acne.

I have that stuff, been using for a long time...I do a clay mask about once every 2 weeks , with Apple cider vinegar as well.., I mainly use it for clogged pores .


It may actually make acne worse depending on the severity of the persons acne and what type it is as it really dries the skin. My sister has more of a cystic acne and the clay mask only inflames it and makes worse.

Aight man. I'm no extreme case by any measure, but there's plenty on my shoulders and back in general and I want to be -- well, spot free.
