Hey guys, Troll here with a huge trade secret.
You're fine having energy drinks, pre-workouts, caffeine pills, etc, as long as you're not sensitive to caffeine. How can you tell? Do you get jittery or anything when you consume moderate amounts of caffeine? If so, you're probably sensitive! Having your hands shake after taking a caffeine pill (happened to my girlfriend when we were starting EC) is not a good thing. Needless to say, I took her off of it immediately because I have a brain (I think?).
Who would have ever thought that a caffeine sensitive person slamming back energy drinks, mass amounts of pop, coffee, or pre-workouts would have been a bad idea? Wow, I never would have believed it!
Let's all go back to talking about how there's garbage in energy drinks.
P.S. Just for comparison, it's similar to someone who is lactose intolerant drinking milk. Let that one sink in, fellas.
P.P.S. That tingly feeling from pre-workouts is the beta-alanine, not caffeine. That's for anyone who confuses that feeling for the second line of my post.
No it's not at all like that lol
Sensitivity to caffeine plays no role in what you suggest and I can only infer as an actual deleterious response.
It's not going to cause a negative effect, only means they have a SNP in their A2AR gene. Btw tolerance, as you know, builds so fast, she wouldn't be seen as sensitive to the drug in a mere week.
