Beyond miscalculating cals, how much sleep/rest do you get?

I get a good 8 hours of sleep. But I do wake up early Togo to work & go to school at night.

Honestly it is diet for most I think. I have days where I get 3-4 hours of sleep, sometimes less, for a couple days in a row, and then I hit PR's like butter, but I also eat a fuckton to compensate.

Ok cool thank you. One last question, should I also eat 2200 kcal on days off? or lower kcal a bit?

obviously if you just drop a huge amount of calories when you start a cut your strength will go down. perhaps try doing a slower drop of calories and make sure your macros are right.

depending on intensity i think its add 500 kcal on workout days per hour of intense exercise, so 2200 on normal days and 1700 on rest days but still seems pretty low calorie intake imo
