Exactly! Everywhere I went there were 8-10's... on the bus, train, walking around, in restaurants, etc. I had never seen so many blonde haired beauties in my life. Norway had more than Sweden

Stopped all sups.. only take creatine when I can remember

Hasn't affected gains at all... In fact Im stronger than ever

pre workouts not in the top 8... only supplements I regularly take are whey protein, multi vitamins and omega-3. Currently consuming creatine at the moment.

Glutamine and fat burners are a waste of money.
Beta alanine can be good in pre workouts, though far from necessary.
Multivitamins, creatine, fish oils (cheap fish oil is fine), are great to add to almost anyone's diet. Whey protein and weight gainers are just as beneficial for body composition, given your macros fit it.
Lightman has a fb article on other beneficial micros - folate, iron, vitamin d3, c, b6, and a few others iirc

You know what lol, you literally shouldn't even be posting. For god sake you posted a 'cheap' fish oil is good. So the average consumer should bypass any greater product that may be both more bio available but also more safe? And then you go with shunning glutamine like its worthless to bodybuilders when we've been using it for years, FOR A REASON.

These are supplements.. not drugs. I've seen plenty research to believe OTHERWISE. My source is my hometown Mayo Clinic and what I have been told. so please post some crap for me to dissect online
