In all honesty I feel like based on his hard bicep he has prob been curling for at least 6 months for high rep with milk jugs.

count your calories for a while eating the same stuff as you do usually

then once you figured out that you dont eat enough (probably ~2000 cals a day at your weight) you should increase by at least 500 cals daily to 2500 cals or more.

if you are working out, aim for 100g of protein a day and plenty of carbs and fat

Also been reading online and I've been ignorant to the idea that I eat a lot. Turns out I should be eating 4-6 times a day to gain muscle. I been eating 3-4 times a day of junk (fast food) a day with fast metabolism. No wonder I haven't gained any weight in years. Because to me, that was the idea of eating a lot lol.
