anything below 1000mg if you're not sick is fine.
megadosing when you're sick is not proven.
500mg is the generic amount of vit C given in tab form, and more than enough to benefit from its anti-oxidant effect.
e: yeah there was some retard in GC yesterday telling me he takes 25GRAMS that's 25,000mg of liposomal vitamin C daily and yeah he's gonna get kidney stones and massive diarrhea.
