...i've got a ways to go...gotta be 180 with abs...greeeaaat!

You will be there in no time if you are consistent. I have a goal of 30 bmi with abs and I'm at 26 ish. If I reach the next weight class I'd have like 30.3 which would put me in the obese category according to society standards lol.

ye, I'm up to 161 now. If i could do a gain of 19 lbs of LBM in two years, that would be pretty sweet. pretty aggressive, but i don't think it's impossible.

Read this article. It may not be revolutionary but it's a great reminder and good motivation. I'm currently moving but I'll make sure to use those tips once I have a place to live (in 14 days).

It's a little broish, I like his idea that a lot of athletes don't know how to eat, but getting up in the night to drink a 150 gram protein shake makes NO sense.

I'm not really having a problem with eating anymore, no real problems at all.

Just takes times :]

that article made me really hungry though...

You have to read between the lines ;)

It's more about the fact that the more you eat the more you gain weight and you have to find ways of eating more without boring yourself. How many times have we ate a very very big meal and then stopped eating for hours because we felt full? haha too many times.

I found that I'm always hungry when I eat small meals (like 600-800 kcals) and I was able to eat more often.

I agree, if i eat say, steak and eggs for breakfast, i won't want to eat again until noon, but if i eat my breakfast as a majority of simply carbs, I'm hungry again in an hour.

Weirdly enough, I'm finding it a lot easier to eat more now that schools in session even though I'm less physically active.

I do get what he was saying though.
