Will do , I've recently increased the volume. Added some exercises on each day with higher reps

Lacking lower posterior focus. Not much for hamstrings as leg curls to me are inadequate. Try to add in some Rdls or goodmornings on leg day.

No seated calf raise and no AB isolation? Glutes/hips could maybe use some more isolation as well.
