If you aren't training for some thing specifically (sport, event, competition, etc), then I would just enjoy your trip and not worry about it. If it bugs you that much, just do some bodyweight shit for like 5 minutes.
Also, if you always train with consistency and intensity, I wouldn't be completely surprised if when you returned, you were lifting as much, or more than before. (depending on how you train, resting the nervous system for a while can be invigorating)
I also don't believe much degradation happens in that short amount of time. A lot of changes in strength, at least majorly noticeable ones in the short term, come from nervous system adaption before actual muscular adaptation. So, if you lose strength quickly or gain strength quickly, you can usually attribute a good chunk of that to your nervous system and motor unit recruitment/efficiency. On a similar note though, if you are working on something technical, then yes, you will notice issues by taking a month off (which is why I started by mentioning training for something specific).
