In order to lose weight you're going to want to eat at a calorie deficit, meaning you need to find the amount of calories you need to consume to stay the same weight and then subtract from that. I highly recommend incorporating a lot of protein in your diet because if you're a fatass the feeling of being hungry is going to cause you to break. Protein will keep you fuller for longer, lean means like chicken breast are always really good and never forget that peanut butter is a great snack -- if not meal.

Remember, the only thing standing between you and your fitness goals is YOU. This is something you have to do, you can search for an easy way to do it all day -- what it comes down to is the time you invest. People get a great perfectly toned and muscular body through WORK, hours upon hours of dedication in the gym and dedication outside of the gym when it comes to eating.

Post up a picture, use that picture against yourself. You are what you are now, but you can always become what you want to be.

Stop being a pussy and do what you need to do, everyone knows how to lose weight...you just have to choose to do it. If you decide that you can make time for the gym, even just 45 minutes start hitting the weights. Turn some of that fat into muscle at a much quicker rate and burn calories all throughout the day when your muscles are reparing. Muscle looks better than weight loss, especially since excess skin may be a problem.
