Lol how?? Imo its more Zane that has "unnatural" proportions while I'm closer to the average joe.

51" chest vs a 29" waist wtf.. dat V-taper of peace.

Idk, ur chest is small, but ur arms and calves are massive. Thats what i find weird. Yes frank has unnatural proportions, tahts why he lives in legend.

Frank Zane had decent proportions but the keys to his success went way beyond proportions. He had great shape and pretty good muscle bellies at his size. He was symmetrical from side to side, and not just top down. Measurements like his aren't impressive to me at all; how he manufactured the rest of his physique and how he posed was legendary. On a bodybuilding stage you could put 12 guys up with the same proportions and they wouldn't look identical. In fact, you will see big differences in "size", mainly because some guys will be flat, some will carry more water or fat, some will be darker or more even in complexion, some will know how to make themsleves look better, and so on. Frank was a master in those areas which is why even today he wouldn't just be another swole, shredded guy at the beach.

I've actually been looking up guys that have similar proportions, and they look nothing like Frank. He really was something special.

I know, im practically frank zane, just 7 more inches on my chest, 2 1/2 on my arms, cut out some of my gut to reach 29 waist, add 2 inches to my legs. Then cut to a 5% body fat and realize i look nothing like him..

Gun be good, should be frank zane by december ez

hey, in order to the grecian claculator.... how did u understood to this sentence ?

Quote
Measure In A Relaxed State:
Measure body parts in their relaxed state. Ensure that muscles are not flexed, particularly the biceps - bodybuilders have a natural tendency to do this -
as this will produce an inconsistent result given there is usually a wide variation between individual, flexed body parts. For example, a flexed biceps will increase in size more than a flexed calf.

how do i measure the biceps then? with my arm not flexed, hand out ? not even shrugged?
