If it's been 4 days and you still have it, doubtful it's simply food poisoning. Usually that hits pretty quickly but is gone within 2 days.. it's also not mediated by the organism itself, but the endotoxins it produces.
Since 4 days it's probably either salmonella if you're thinking of it being food-borne (or something similar, one of those few exceptions that don't cause food poisoning purely via the toxin but the organism itself) or some other Enterobacteriaceae or virus causing the symptoms, so getting a sample done is probably a good idea at this point
