Should I just make a thread dedicated to cardio ideas? I know i cant be the only one who feels "bored" with doing the same cardio shit everytime and looks for new ideas
So u plan on 20 minutes of cardio ? Should do Amrap 20 5pullups , 10 man makers, 15 jump ropes
