This is what i improvised:

Renegade man makers AMRAP 5 mins

Body weight pull ups AMRAP 5 mins

Jump ropes AMRAP 5 mins

6.5 incline @ 5.5 mph for 5 mins

5 min cooldown and stretch


Should I just make a thread dedicated to cardio ideas? I know i cant be the only one who feels "bored" with doing the same cardio shit everytime and looks for new ideas

So u plan on 20 minutes of cardio ? Should do Amrap 20 5pullups , 10 man makers, 15 jump ropes

The kettlebell thing worked my posterior chain extremely well, so I know those feels haha. I couldn't believe how well my back felt after doing it 2x-3x a week for 2 months though.
