Oddly enough I lose count more often with clients than when I am lifting. I constantly watch/correct and they often talk or lose focus so that takes up focus in itself. I sometimes lose count but I don't always count. If I'm doing strength stuff I count to 5 or 6 and if I'm still lifting then I break and get a heavier weight.
