you are 6'1' 170lbs? that is small, you are probably skinny fat, no hate, i know its a bad position to be in.. if i were you, i'd be patient and eat at a slight surplus and just keep chugging along for a few months. reevaluate what you want to do after you slowly bulk up to about 195-200 imo..
I'm not skinny fat anymore i was at 182lbs but ive got a very noticeable 6 pack now withoit flexing, i wanna cut down to 8% then bulk to 195-200 after that i wanna be lean for hween
