I do my Pull A at my Uni Gym.
I made it focus around vertical pulls so basically I do easily knock out 3 to 4 exercises at one machine. (lat pull down thing)

Find the time that it isn't overly busy.

I used to go around 5 pm because it didn't pick up until about 6.

Mornings are usually a safe bet too.

how can you effectively study for only 20-40mins?

i have quite lot of equations or algorithms which take  longer to solve, if i take a break i can start from 0 again

trying to solve a problem = studying?

Here let me actually answer your question:

1) the gym is crowded right now because university session just started again and everyone is rushing into the gym ... Think of it as New Years resolutioners...give it a month and the gym won't be as busy

2) find a time where the gym is less busy. Usually that's when most people are in class. Try 8:30 am for example. Dinner time eg 5-6 pm is probably another good time to go.

Even though I'm that major and about to graduate this coming may, I really don't have tips lol. I'm a shitty studier.

One thing to realize, so you don't get overwhelmed, just realize it's only undergrad. The detail you encounter isn't going to be overly encompassing and the rate of class advancement will be marginal compared to celeritous graduate studies. I feel like just putting it in perspective puts your mind more at ease. Plus, you're probably (should be) majoring in this because you enjoy it. So enjoy your classes instead of looking at them as an obstacle

This was how I made it through Uni.
Just realize shit's simple if you sit and think about the basic concepts and understandings of things (ie human body etc)
Don't stress about studying, and you'll be fine. Read notes the day you make them, for bout 30 mins-60

As for gym, I like to go during a popular class time; ie for my school most classes ran from 2-4 so that's when I went to the gym. Skipped a few classes here and there, but as I started having later classes in my 3-4th year I started lifting around 8pm

go to class and actually listen to what the prof is saying dont just try to write everything down before the end of lecture. if there is something you see in the lecture slides that you understand immediately or with very little explanation, chances are you dont need to write it down because you will understand it again within seconds next time you see it in lecture slides while you study
