One thing to realize, so you don't get overwhelmed, just realize it's only undergrad. The detail you encounter isn't going to be overly encompassing and the rate of class advancement will be marginal compared to celeritous graduate studies. I feel like just putting it in perspective puts your mind more at ease. Plus, you're probably (should be) majoring in this because you enjoy it. So enjoy your classes instead of looking at them as an obstacle
This was how I made it through Uni.
Just realize shit's simple if you sit and think about the basic concepts and understandings of things (ie human body etc)
Don't stress about studying, and you'll be fine. Read notes the day you make them, for bout 30 mins-60
As for gym, I like to go during a popular class time; ie for my school most classes ran from 2-4 so that's when I went to the gym. Skipped a few classes here and there, but as I started having later classes in my 3-4th year I started lifting around 8pm
