Creatine may puff you up a bit, as the compound moves into tissue it will draw some water with it as well. Creatine will move into all tissues to some degree but the biggest chunk will be in muscle mass so it will make your muscles increase slightly in volume, whether or not that's noticeable to the eye is another story.

Thank you. A man at my school , gym teacher said it's a great supplement for gains / strength , but he wouldn't if he was me because of some possible long term health affects
