Didn't say there wasn't a meal at home, the premise of this was finding ways to add to my 1 meal for my 10-11 hour work day.

Idk.. it's just 35% of my body weight in grams. I can fit more fat in as opposed to carb, but the .35g/lb seemed like a good baseline for bodily functions.

If i'm eating 3,500 cals+ a day i need mass gainers, i can make a homemade one with peanut butter etc for on the way to work, then just 2 more scoops with a scoop of waxy maize is another 700 cals, total like 1,700-2,000 cals just in shakes, 1,500 cals easy to do for the rest of the day in real food.
