It was pretty bad, your hips shot up because you didn't sit back on first rep and pull slack
This is a typical sign that you're going to be using your spine more and other things that don't need pressure added to them
This is what I call ego lifting(not quite as bad as some people, don't worry) because you will eventually get hurt, unless you have good genetics then fire away...
In all seriousness, lower the weight and get solid reps or keep rolling the dice but congratulations either way because that technically is a PR
