The results are obvious, but the real question is how are you liking keto so far?

I'll let you know after today (my first carb up) but so far, it's amazing, I doubt i'll ever cut any other way.

All I can think of with a carb up day is spending all night on the toilet.. But props, I don't know if I'd function without carbs.

Dude keto sucks balls. Just fyi from experience. Focus on your routine while you are cutting and the results will be so much better regardless of your diet

if you just cut cals it's like the same thing, but a lot more convenient.

Idk i've lost a lot of weight in 2 weeks, and I don't think a normal diet would be as fast. It all depends how much weight i gain back this carb up though.. if i'm dropping like 2lbs a week and still keeping my strength i'm totally fine with that

you're just losing water weight man...cut carbs = cut water. eventually you'll slow down because you've stabilized your water weight for your new diet. but once you start eating carbs again, BAM there goes the water weight.
