Cardio after lifting is actually bad?

Puts your lifting session to waste ?

No and no.

I mean, don't run a marathon after you lift (although I think Ronnie Coleman sometimes had 2-hour sessions of low intensity cardio), but a moderate cardio session after your workout should be fine. Your muscle glycogen stores may be low, so you should be ripe for burning calories via cardio. You will want to take BCAA's or maybe glutamine before the cardio or have a protein shake right after it. That relates to recovery, which is what will preserve dem gains. Most IFBB guys do their cardio immediately after their workouts afaik.

lmfao this whole thread XD

Listen its very simple.
One person does simple lifting routine and go home afterwards.
Other person does simple lifting routine and do some extra work afterwards.

Who will be the superior ? simple logic.

I hear if you do cardio after lifting that your muscles will actually lose 2x the amount of muscle that you would have gained
