Too lazy to read all the other posts. Suffered from migraines 4-5 times a week due to extremely bad diet. Also consumed probably 2x 2 liters worth of coke a day. Never found the trigger for them, but I haven't had one since I graduated high school. (Quit soda entirely at the start of my senior year) so either, mass soda, artificial flavoring, junk school lighting, or too dumb to learn so it hurt my head.
I thought it may of been my caffeine/soda intake but hasn't seemed to make a difference i cut down to like 1-2 cups/cans a day n the rest im drinking only water
I admit I wasnt the healthiest eater but now again not eating all shit like I used to they say eat like shit feel like shit I feel no better tbh

Try cutting out gluten. I don't get headaches anymore now that I'm gluten free
