You can find boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs for 1.79-1.99/lb on sale. Just buy like 20 lbs and it'll last you like 3 weeks.
If you eat a lb a day, it covers at least half of your protein requirement, and all together will cost you under 40 dollars.

throw some oats, a banana and like 5 eggs in a blender and add some cinnamon/sugar if u want.
easy 800 calories there + whatever else on the side ~54g protein
edit: and fry it on a pan dont drink it lol

What I ate yesterday :

Breakfast (12:45pm) ;

2 Toast : Chocolate, strawberries, goji berries, chia seeds, hemp seeds, almonds, peanuts
Cranberries
Apple slices (aprox 1 apple)

1 glass of milk




1 liter of water


gonna try to add something more today that was not so much about 400-800 calories...

i'm not the best at calculating calories i guess..
