need to add iodine-rich foods/insulin spikes (eating too much sugar at one time), eat low GI foods, add other foods to your diet for your thyroid and avoid goitrogenic foods.
Foods to avoid in excess: Cabbage, soybeans, pine nuts, peanuts, spinach, sweet potatoes, broccli.
Foods to eat (iodine rich): Iodized salt, any sort of seafood, fish[B][/B], etc. , eggs, yogurt, milk, bananas, corn.
