Phosphorous and magnesium are obtainable easily in other ways. Eat more citrus fruit if you want vit c. All differences are small and I can't imagine any of them incurring a deficiency. GMO antagonists are fear mongerers.
Also supplementation to top up the micros your body flushes out too fast? Nah lol you should read some actual science, a pharmacology text might help.
