i used to think like that, but now i just go all out every workout, i know the feeling when i get when i give up halfway through a set is gonna be much worse than the pain it's putting me through at that moment, and honestly if i go 110% on my compounds and hit all my reps (10,8,8,6) i can take it easy the rest of the workout.

And then you injure yourself every other week. Don't forget that part!

No need to push yourself 100% every workout unless you want to be #1 in the world
