Depending on where you live, consider throwing yourself into a try-a-tri type of race. Smaller than sprint triathlon distance but it gives you the opportunity to get the basic feeling of the event--and it's a great indicator of what you need to work on.

Good luck with your goals :)

It's difficult to really build your chest if you get into triathlon training, but I've seen plenty of triathletes with outstanding chest development for their size.

Goals ~ develop my chest again, and bring back the 8 pack abs!
        ~ increase cardio levels to superhuman standards! ( i'd like to compete a triathlon in the future but not anytime soon)
        ~ eat healthier!


if it only took you 20lbs to get from 6% to chubby, u never were 6%...

you gotta understand i have crazy big legs, and to compare lbs to bmi%'s is stupid since muscle weighs much more than fat.
Me stating chubby was just a joke i dont know my current body fat levels.

Did a 2 hour workout yesterday :D (( heartrate monitor died on me so i cant give details :S))
45 mins ~ Running around the track
25 mins ~ wind sprints

Mainly did a large cardio workout for fat burning. I assumed the heart rate was at around 170 for the majority of it...
Then i pulled up an old workout and got to it...


Current Weight ~ 210.8lbs
