you gotta understand i have crazy big legs, and to compare lbs to bmi%'s is stupid since muscle weighs much more than fat.
Me stating chubby was just a joke i dont know my current body fat levels.
Did a 2 hour workout yesterday

(( heartrate monitor died on me so i cant give details :S))
45 mins ~ Running around the track
25 mins ~ wind sprints
Mainly did a large cardio workout for fat burning. I assumed the heart rate was at around 170 for the majority of it...
Then i pulled up an old workout and got to it...

Current Weight ~ 210.8lbs
