200-500$ for a 10 hour day doesnt sound like much money though? i assume you dont get employee benefits, so that 20-50$/hr for back breaking work is more like 15-35$/hr W2?

/edit: oh, you guys get free healthcare right? and you're not paid C2C, so that's a lot better than i thought
