Ive been doing very slightly above maintenance all summer. Slowly getting bigger, staying lean, and looking good.

any sort of lifting routine that would be optimal? currently doing a ss routine i found on bb.com. pretty much compound lifts 3x a week getting a little lighter each day of the week

but im not sure if that or some other kind of split would be more efficient
