Got damn man that Progress is legit bro keep it up

There was a twist to the story so I think progress is what's about to happen again now.

GL on your goals (sub-200)! You did a great job getting in shape once, so you can definitely do it again! :)

first break day, starting back up tomorrow. Will post my 1 week weight loss soon.

Today, I had a nice omlette for breakfast with a cup of black coffee, didn't do lunch because I was busy rewiring a trailer for a friend, had a few beers during which.

Productive day overall today.

Thanks for all the encouragement guys.

Ran 2 miles after work today

Yogurt for breakfast, lunch was a steak wedge salad and dinner was 8oz chicken breast with broccoli.

Working on my 2nd week in a row.. I'm gonna be fit again.

2 mile run again, did some lower body training, 5 min mountain climbers, 5 min squats and 5 min lunges.

Dinner was pretty good, chicken breast hummus wrap. Did my 5th day on myfitnesspal app on my phone, really does help.

Coffee as a pre-workout is starting to not do the job, its tough being a construction electrician, lol.

So just from the activity level of the past week or 2, I feel 100% better.. More energy, better sleep, more drive in everything I do.

This is the tenacity I remember getting when I was at my peak, I missed it.

Thats right man.

Had a great weekend, went and got some new shoes since my old reeboks were destroyed.. Picked up a soccer ball and some cones to work on agility and sprinting, fun so far.

Going out on the boat today for the rest of the day, successful weekend has been successful.
