I cant do draught. The nitrogen process they use just makes it taste horrible imo.
Devils backbone schweirtz beer is my current favorite
awe, I love nitro beers (has to be on tap though)
i wonder if it is something else you don't like about the taste in that beer as nitrogen shouldn't impart any off flavor on its own
pure nitrogen is generally used for dispensing kegged and tapped wines as it gives pressure for dispensing, doesn't carbonate, and imparts no flavor..while nitro beer is done with beer gas, which is generally a mixture of 30% nitro/70% CO2
why do i know this? along with my brewing plans, i designed a set-up for building a 6 tap homebrew kegerator/keezer (start as 6 with room to add 2-4 more corny kegs/faucets)..1 stout faucet/nitro setup for stouts/porters/browns/cream ales, 5 regular faucets/CO2 setup for any other beers/cider
still tossing around the idea of kegging wine as well..from what i have read, if you can brew beer, and have all of the equipment to do so, then you are overqualified to make wine
if i learn to make all of this stuff, i'm going to need to find more people that i like who happen to enjoy free beer/cider/wine
