Ask your tattoo artist.
Also sun beats any tattoo to death so if you can get some sun screen on it. It will case it to fade faster.

^The sun beating down on a tattoo is hell on it and will cause it to fade. Sunscreen is your friend.

To play it safe, I would avoid tattoo to sun contact for a week. I wouldn't even put sunscreen on it as it may cause the color to fade from certain ingredients in it.
