Your first sentence was right in terms of still lifting and eating after cycle.

Your second sentence was all bro science, taking nolva and hcg on cycle will hardly do anything and even after cycle the benefits are minimal. Only need nolva on cycle if u want to prevent gyno build up. Pct nolva can help but can really be overrated.
