Didn't track calories this weekend , was out most of the time . Probably at around 2 k Friday and 3.5k last night...
Be back on track tomorrow and then 2 weeks from now I go to my friends cabin where I won't track then I think that's the last day until thanksgiving that I won't trackcalories

First day on new program
Squat 225 3 sets 5 reps.
Lunge 95 lb 3x5 (Never done these with weight before and I almost fell over every single rep, will need to practice these A LOT MORE)
Good Morning 95 3x5
Leg Extension 120 lb 3x8
Leg Curl 110 3x8 (Supersetted with the extensions)
Seated Calf Raise 50 lb 3x12 (First time doing calves in forever...)
good first day, will be raising calories to 2200 starting today .

2240 calories today.. had a bit too much fat but otherwise macros were good.

Yates Row 155 3x5
Pullups 3x8 (Bodyweight for now)
Reverse Flies/Face Pull Super sets 15 lb 3x10 , 10lb 3x10 (Never really worked rotator cuff... holy fuck the burn)
Bicep Curl 55lb 3x8
Really liking being on a new program and I feel so much more energized with the extra carbs/calories.
