Not sure what is so crazy about my post. I live in a suburb of Chicago and I can regularly get chicken for $1.99 from certain stores.

As far as the protein goes............ ISO-100 by dymatize and R1 protein, by volume, have the highest % protein.

rule1protein. Look it up.

At what price though?

Yeah it's more expensive. But you get what you pay for. R1 protein might not be the best choice. But the ISO-100 is totally worth it. That's what I take and have been taking for a while now.
